Boss Brows by Benefit Cosmetics is a 2019 marketing campaign unveiling the release of a limited-edition brow kit of the same name. Launched via digital, social, and in-store, the campaign features four activists and influencers, and aimed to inspire and encourage people to raise their voice. For Boss Brows, I guided the talent conversations for all campaign video content. In addition to researching each individual’s background and crafting tailored questions based on their experience, I conducted all on set four interviews. This project was a quick turnaround, requiring ideation, planning, and execution in less than one week. Still, I was able to conversationally connect with each individual and draw out great reflections on their personal connections to the campaign.
